I have been using it in protein shakes, oats, brownies, and even coffee. Every time I open the bag, I get a big waft of chocolatey goodness. The flavor isn't particularly overpowering, but it masks the taste of the pea protein incredibly well. The monk fruit also gives it a subtle sweetness. As someone who is accustomed to consuming protein powder regularly, I found that this one is not chalky at all compared to most others. However, when my dad (who doesn't consume protein powder) tried my protein shake, he said that although it wasn't overwhelmingly chalky, it was still a little chalky and protein-like nonetheless (apparently even the best can't evade the inevitable slight chalkiness of protein supplements:)). I had no problem blending this into smoothies, and haven't experienced any clumpiness either. The value of this bag is great and I suspect it should last me a little while!
