I am not stupid but I cannot figure out how to get the coffee out once it has been ground The customer service number is out of order and I cannot get through to someone to figure out how to get the darn coffee out. Do not buy this product is you want fresh coffee it will only make you crazy. I’m ready to throw out the window so disappointed
