Designed to carry aviation helmets with radio and earphone attachments, the Flyer's Helmet Bag has become the standard for carry-on baggage by our troops. Its a convenient bag for just about everything, including the pilot's helmet! Not overly bulky, and the padded handles ease carrying discomfort. Bag features two outer pockets with Velcro and snap fasteners. The bag has 2 large outside pockets with Velcro and snap closure, perfect for checklist binders, gloves, or any other items you need to keep with you for flight. Inside the bag is a smaller slip pocket for sunglasses, small spare parts,paperbacks, or any smaller items handy. Lightweight DWR nylon outershell has a polyester batting mid-layer quilted to a ripstop nylon taffeta liner. Mil-Spec construction. Made in the USA. NSN 8415-00-782-2989, Olive Green. Overall size: 19" x 20" long (48 x 51 cm). Padded protection with quilted taffeta nylon liner. Brass Zipper Closure. Padded handles. Pockets: Inside- Two for small items : Outside- Two large 15" x 10" Velcro & snap fasteners closure compartments. Material: Lightweight Flight Nylon with DWR finish.
