The bag fits perfectly on the seat of our CX5, and has plenty of room for anything you may want to keep in place while driving. My only reccomendation would be to not use the flap that covers the storage sections, as it makes it look like a purse, which may make it susceptible to being stolen. Some of the smaller pockets are quite small and won't fit what I needed, so I should have paid closer attention to the dimensions. However there's lots of room for pens, etc. small pads, and two larger pockets suitable for a tablet and a laptop. The black version is very unobtrusive in the front seat -- the flap covers everything. I do wish the strap was a bit more substantial, and it's sewn on, so you can't replace it with a sturdier shoulder strap. It's absolutely adequate to hang the organizer within the vehicle, however, if you planned to take it with you when you leave the car, the strap will feel a bit thin. The only thing I don't like is that the side elastic pockets won't fit a water bottle as shown in the picture. One side I could BARELY fit one but it's too hard to get in and out. The other I tore the elastic trying to fit one in. If this is important to you, maybe try a different product.
