Any thing else additional I need to buy with these phones? Thanks!** A: I don't know if Ring Central will work but regarding what else is needed...power cord, enternet cord, and a headset if you wwant hands free. The least expensive headset I found that works (and I run a call center) is one we got from Staples: GE Model 98974 at a cost of around 20.00. You plug it in on the right side. Also, you should plug your ethernet to your computer into the bottom of the phone where it says PC and the SW is for your Provider's wall connection. **Q: I ordered 6 of these phones. None came with a power supply. Why are power supplies missing?** A: Since the SPA 303 sets are not Power Over Ethernet (802.3af) compliant they should include a 5vDC power supply. I would recommend contacting the seller that you purchased these from and requesting the power supplies. **Q: Can this phone handle a second line without purchasing additional hardware?** A: No additional hardware is required to connect a second line via a SIP Trunk provider. You simply need to enter the credentials and connection information for your second SIP Trunk. **Q: Will this work with a combination of ooma (for home use) and ringcentral/skype (for home office)?** A: It works with Ring central.
