As mentioned in another review - it's a lot of the same old stuff. My first look at the book was right out of the shipping envelope - page 93 "drills for straight arm backward roll to handstand". Too bad the drawing shows bent arms and then straight arms. I am told that there is a deduction the moment the arms bend, and it's not likely that any of my students can "press" their way out of trouble. Straight arm is straight arm - the drawing is incorrect and I paid for this junk? So I have my red pen out to make comments on the pages that may have inaccurate information.
