I'm retired now and was having trouble finding a cushion for my computer chair that was big enough for the chair seat AND stayed put. This cushion fills the ENTIRE seat of my chair and does not slide around much at all. Very comfortable. I feel like a couple of big soft hands are holding me. Really, really nice.Note: I don't have serious back problems when sitting, so I can't speak to whether this will help with sciatica or back issues.
