The box looks the business very well made plus the free key fobs is a very nice touch . I have read the instructions which are very easy to understand and I have changed the pass code and written that down so as not to forget it. The box is now on the wall in a sheltered place away from a lot of the weather and prying eyes , I am very impressed by the product at an excellent price I've seen some that are more expensive but the quality is under par for what they are charging . Easy to install, even though I am a novice drill user. The only thing missing was information about the size of the raw plugs in the kit (which helps in choice of drill bit). However, the after sales department was more than accessible and convenient for any fitting advice required. Very good service overall. The key safe does come with 5 key fobs and no hooks inside, but for my purpose it was more than adequate for one door key.
