Throw away your garlic press and buy this you won’t regret it. Loved it so much bought one for my daughter, and she loved it, too. Think I might buy another one as a backup for when I wear this one out. I use it a lot. Someone else mentions that these went out as free samples, I bought mine from Amazon on a lightening deal.I love this. This is a bigger, sharper, more serious and more useful garlic press than any other I have owned, and I have owned a couple other ones (both metal and plastic). This thing is STOUT, and all but the biggest garlic cloves will fit in there without cutting them up. The inserts are SHARP (be careful). As the description states, there are three different inserts, so there are choices in the size of garlic bits you can make. I've found it to be reasonable to clean, especially compared to the other garlic presses I have owned over time.Do take note of the dimensions. The biggest garlic cloves fit in there, but it is also a bigger garlic press, and will take up more space in your kitchen gadget drawer. I also struggled a bit with a storage solution for the inserts, I didn't want to be randomly sticking my fingers on those while digging from something else in my kitchen. (Small plastic storage container won for this for me.)The only reason I removed a star is because I have found the inserts to be incredibly difficult to change. The package insert even warns that this is the case, so it's not like I am shocked. But it is tough enough to do that I'm a little concerned my fingers may slide over to the sharp part and get cut. (This may be a problem particular to me, I'm a bit of a klutz.) However, I like this press enough I am willing to deal with this and see if this becomes easier to do. It is really well made and I have been through many presses. It is made like a tank. One of the things I really love about this press is the ability to slice through many cloves.
