I got a large at first, but then my husband wore that one and I ordered a medium ..and I am almost positive the M was the same size as the L. I have a size D chest and I was still swimming in this. I'm pretty sure the tags are incorrect. I had to get some ribbon at the craft store to tie it at my waist. The ribbon is comes with does not go all the way around. It is "fake" in that you cannot adjust it, but is sewed into the front part. So I tried another ribbon so I could at least have a figure of sorts. Otherwise it looks like a potato sack. Other than the sizing being way off, the dress was pretty good for a Halloween costume.
