I am a person who exceeds the upper weight limit of this bike (350 pounds is the upper limit) and the bike handles me OK. the bike charges quickly, is extremely easy to unfold it and get it going right out of the box. I think it would be a good idea to have an actual native English speaker tweak the instruction booklet...not that it is bad. It could just be better, that is all. While I still wish to explore more features of this cute ebike, I am impressed.Also, of note, is the fact that this company responds to questions and concerns, often within a thirty-minute window! Customer service is so Important these days when so much business is global in nature. This company seems to understand how Important this part of doing business is in the 21st century. If you're interested, buy this bike. I do not think that you will have any regrets.The one area which is being addressed is that the carton in which the bike is boxed needs to be reinforced. My boxing was damaged, but not the bike. The company has indicated that they are addressing this concern. I was not charged for it and I can bring my bike back a month later for a free checkup. It is a powerful bike. I was able to ride up a very steep incline without difficulties. The battery is impressive for the distance it can go. I give it 5 stars for bike quality and customer support.
