**Q: Can this product be used in an outdoor but covered environment such as a pool pavilion? Is it rated for this use?**
A: We purchased an emergency box cover and put this phone inside. It is outdoors beside our outdoor pool, but in the Emergency Box

**Q: What is the model number  for this item?**
A: Not sure, but it worked well on our phone system which is over Spectrum cable.  Easy to install

**Q: Will this work on a shared office line or is a dedicated line required?**
A: It can work on a shared line.
