I mixed some with a little seltzer water and it helped tremendously! There are so many ways to use this product, my favorite is in either iced or hot tea. I have tried all three flavors and they are all great. I feel the ginger adds a big health benefit so the two with ginger are my favorites. The bottles look big but they do keep and you can get some great prices when you buy them in multi packs. My friend and I take turns buying them and we share them.
