For the price I was very disappointed by the substandard paint job. The figures are very small but even the bricks on the castle weren't evenly painted. I could have done a better job myself! The pictures shown are definitely photoshopped.It is a lovely clock apart from that, But at £300 it needs to be perfect in every way.Bradford exchange did agree to refund me with no hassle by sending me a cheque- which took about a month to arrive.Unrelated- I did then purchase the Nightmare before Christmas clock which I am more than happy with.

Not worth any stars at all as useless item. Contacted Bradford Exchange regarding this item being broken through no fault of ours but they haven't even replied let along replaced the item therefore very disappointed as have bought loads from them in the past but this attitude has ruined my faith in them as a company. Come on CEO get in touch with me and restore my faith in your company.

I did purchase from their website. It came with thermocol box, there is no original box like picture printed carton. Very disappointed, for this much price they could have done a bit more good work.

Nice clock but overpriced
