These winches, we bought two, worked excellent for the PWC lifts we made. Seem to be quality construction and installed easily. You do need to disassemble the winch to get to the mounting locations on the back plate, but this is true of the others I considered also. I was not compensated for this review

This was the perfect winch to pair with my 14’ V-hull trailer. Operation is smooth and easy and installing it was a breeze. It is very heavy duty, doe not feel light and chincy like some other inches I have owned. The powder coat finish look great and doe not easily scratch or chip. This will last for years to come.
