I use this every day on my tea, as well as any ailment I might have (eczema, redness) I even had this pimple like abrasion due to a piercing allergy (helix piercing on my ear) and it dried the pimple out and disappeared in less than three days). When I feel the cold coming on or the slightest bit of sore throat I take a small spoonful and it ails my aching throat, and I feel better the next day. I consider this the holy grail of honey. Raw in its purest form, thick in consistency, the taste is a bit muted and less sugary but strong.
