Chest support brace is designed for post-operative support and immobilization of the chest area after open heart or thoracic surgery, sternotomy, sternum fractures, and rib fractures. The brace can be also used to relieve pain associated with intercostal neuralgia.The brace is made of durable, lightweight, and flexible elastic cotton blend material, which is breathable and moisture wicking for increased comfort, thermoregulation, and moisture control. The properties of the fabric allow it to provide gentle compression and support, and adapt to the shape of the body without causing discomfort or restricting normal respiratory function and essential movement.The brace features an anatomical design, which allows to evenly distribute pressure, while providing stable support to the sternum. Two adjustable shoulder straps crossed in the back offer additional support. Velcro fastening ensures easy on and off and adjustability of compression and fit. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent post surgery wear

I already had 2 open-heart surgeries and wish I had seen this product before. I got this while searching for something to protect my recently placed pacemaker which feels loose while I exercise. I wanted something that would make me feel it was protected but also kept the area in place. I actually raise it higher so that it covers the pacemaker and less ribcage so it looks more like a bra on me but it does a magnificent job for what I was looking for. It also allows me to drive without the discomfort of the car seat belt over the pacemaker. This product is wonderful. I just placed a 2nd order since I will require a 3rd open-heart and will use it for that purpose when the time comes.
