THE ONLY ISSUE I HAVE IS THAT WHEN THE DETUNER IS IN THE OFF POSITION IT, THE ADJUSTMENT KNOB CAN BE EASILY MOVED AND WHEN YOU FLIP THE DETUNER LEVER IT IS NO LONGER IN TUNE. I WOULD RECOMMEND GETTING THE ONE WITHOUT THE DETUNER EVEN THOUGH ALL THE BASSES I OWN HAVE A DETUNER ON THEM THAT WORK REALLY WELL. THEY ARE HIPSHOT DETUNERS WHICH CANNOT BE PUT ON A STEINBERGER SO IF YOU NEED ONE YOU MUST GET THE BASS WITH THE PATENTED DETUNER.
