I am familiar with chindi rugs being easy care. This is the taupe color on whiteish floor tile with black grout. The cupboards are a dark chestnut color. The neutral tone of taupe does go well with the colors in my kitchen. And offers that just enough comfort for walking barefoot in a tile kitchen. As tile floors can cause your feet and legs to ache. And give just a little buffer from the cold of tile.I liked the 1 well enough that I orderedba 2nd one. I have not yet had to wash. But I would recommend hang drying chindi rugs. As a dryer can make the corners curl up. That is not what I received. They are orange with black throughout. Do not match the area at all where I wanted to use them. They are heavy material though.
