Great beans;a strong flavor (but not DOMA’s strongest, darkest)Hard to find in the Portland/Vancouver,WA area.(I used to live just down the road in Post Falls, Idaho and have seen their roasting operation first hand.)True family operation.I hand grind their beans for about 3 cups.Man, that fresh brewed cup of coffee can’t be beat.

The Chronic... I brewed this piece of art in my Chemex coffee brewer and what came forth was greatness no word could come close to describing. It has a full body that's bold aroma gives preview to it's packed flavor. There's a rich coco aroma that fills the air as it blooms and continues to echo as it brews. A roasted nut flavor bursts out as it touches the lips and settles on the tongue, and a bold pure bean taste is left on the palates as it travels down. If the definition of coffee came down to aroma and flavor, THIS would be the face of it. I'd recommend this coffee to any connoisseur who truly appreciates the beauty coffee is, or to the caffeine junky who looks for a loaded rush to get them going, and everyone in between. Pure Organic and Fair-Trade is a high plus and it seems with its energy efficient roaster, and non toxic cleaning supplies, this brand is the cleanest coffee you can possibly drink! If you add all of those bonuses, and want the best cup of coffee that will give you the boost you need to get you going for your day, here you are.
