Our Maple Sugar is made only from our Pure Vermont Maple Syrup. Nothing else added, all natural. The process of making sugar involves taking finished maple syrup and boiling it down even further until it reaches about 256 degrees, then cooling and stirring as it crystallizes. After cooling we sift to remove larger granules. . Our maple syrup is processed in the traditional way in small batches with utmost attention to quality and purity. We strive to boil the sap the same day it is collected and we use stainless steel tanks, fittings, pans, and utensils to produce the purest tasting maple syrup available We manage our sugar maple forest for sustainability and conservation. Many of our trees are over 100 years old and we want to ensure they'll be around for another 100! This maple sugar is delicious and a healthy alternative to refined sugar and we are sure you will enjoy it.

I use maple syrup in so many recipes, including my morning coffee as a sweetener. But traveling with the liquid form of maple syrup is a task. I would bring a small bottle with me in my pocketbook to use in coffee when I would go to restaurants. Not the best idea. I purchased this sugar and immediately fell in love with it. I keep it in my desk at work and have a small airtight container in my bag. It tastes just like maple syrup. And it is much more convenient than the liquid maple syrup I bring with me. I love the fact that it is organic and is in a shaker bottle. The shaker container does not leak out any granules of sugar. This has been my new go to.

I never even knew this existed. My sister told me that she recently purchased this and I never knew there was maple syrup in a sugar form! I use maple syrup in so many recipes, including my morning coffee as a sweetener. But traveling with the liquid form of maple syrup is a task.
