Just got it yesterday and here's some facts:I have to wear the band on the tightest notch and it still slides around my wrist. It's like a pink men's sport watch.The hard plastic band doesn't bend easily and pinches.The pulse monitor is on the top and bottom of the watch face and is engaged with your thumb and index finger. So, stop what your doing, press and hold a button for 2 seconds then hold tightly to the watch to see the heart rate. This is really hard if you have long finger nails. (or acrylic ones like I do!) Bummer! :(This thing sits on my little wrist like a doughnut. Very large and bulky.
