I mixed this with cold brew, oatmilk, a banana, ice, blended in the blender? Then topped with a tablespoon of heavy cream. It was really good. There is a slight chalky taste, but i barely notice. I enjoy the flavor, it’s not overly sweet or fake tasting.As for milk productivity, I just started drinking it so I don’t know yet. I’m an oversupplier currently, so I didn’t buy for this purpose. Lots of protein. Great ingredients. Honestly I don't think it's as effective as nursing tea for increasing milk supply.
