**Q: recently bought this flour! i am enjoying it a lot, but i am concerned that it may not be really low carb. how many net carbs in a 1/2 cup?**
A: 100 gr Arracacha contains about 26 gr Carbohydrate (%DV =%25.5)

**Q: The seller answered a question about carbs and he said 26 per 100 grams, but the package says 1 gram for 100 grams. Which is the right answer?**
A: The carb is 1 gr per 5 gr on packaging.

**Q: Is this a low fodmap food?**
A: I believe it is a low fodmap. Arracaha Root is often prepared as a soup for those with a tummy ache. I have heard that the natives in the Andres will wean infants with a drink made of Arracacha Root.
