Charging bank shuts down on its own. Steer clear of this item. I'm returning it. Waste of time. Housemate ordered one at the same time. His did the same thing. He returned his as well. Amazon needs to field test what they sell before offering it. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Can't stand phone upright when the stand it open. *by L***N on Reviewed in the United States on January 3, 2019* I would like to start with the fact that the design is nice and sleek. I like that when you open the stand, you can have a varying angle depending on your personal preferences. 20,000 mAh battery has yet to be tested, but I'm sure it will charge my devices many times before needing a re-charge. With the wireless charger, and two output USB chargers, you can easily charge 3 devices at once. Also, with the LED power display, you can easily gauge how much juice is left before you need to charge it again.As for my con's: The only reason I am not giving this product a 5 star review is because of the placement of the wireless charge. When the stand is propped upright, the wireless charging pad is simply too low to align with the wireless charging dock on my phone. I have a Pixel 3 XL, so I thought maybe it was because my phone was too tall. However I tried this with my old iPhone X which is much smaller, and it still was too tall to align with the wireless charging pad.The only way you can use the pad, is if you set your phone down sideways. While that is nice when you're looking to watch a movie or video, it's not ideal for everyday use if you want your phone upright so you can see any notifications come in. Very invonvenient.Essentially it's only good if you have the stand close to flat, and you set your phone on top, or if you set your phone sideways while the stand is open.It seems like a simple fix for future models of this charging device. Simply be more strategic with your charging pad placement so that it can align with the wireless charging docs on a variety of phones when put upright.Aside from this, I'm happy with the product, and will be using it regularly as I travel. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Doesn't charge add-on Qi Adapter *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on December 5, 2018* chaeges phone very good, even dual charges. HOWEVER, if you have added a Qi wireless adapter charger to your phone, it will not charge your phone, like other QI wireless chargers. I have two other wireless chargers that work fine and do charge my Note 4. I did in fact purchase it for the wireless part so i could watch videos and charge at the same time. But right now it's not possible.
