The crate system offers a 95% void ratio maximizing the storage offered by the soak away. Not only will this make the soakaway work much more effectively but the soak away design life is significantly improved as the soak away is far less likely to become blocked. Silt build up will also occur over a significantly longer period. How does the system work? Rainwater lands on the roof and driveway of your property and is drained by roof down pipes and driveway gullies to underground drainage pipes.
