Review: Very happy for my first reverse Hinged umbrella - I ordered three of these from this seller for a trip to Ireland based on their size and ease of storage in a medium sized bag. The small looped handle is elastic and also very comfortable to secure around your wrist. The folding mechanism ensures that additional water does not spill out over your hands or clothing. The push button open and close mechanism works flawlessly and is strong enough that the umbrella completely contracts to easily pull back down into the handle and secure in place. They were sturdy, windproof, and completely waterproof. Although the price point is a little higher compared to other brands on desertcart, they ARE of superior construction. I highly recommend them based on their quality and durability. Well worth the additional money to ensure that your purchase lasts a long time.
Review: Best costumer service ever!!! Great product too!!! - I know it’s a little strange to give a company 5 stars for a product that came to me defective. However, the tag that was attached to my umbrella said “if there was any problems to let them know and they would make it right”. So, I emailed them on Friday evening and I had and email from them Monday morning. Not only did they apologize for taking so long to get back to me. They said they would replace it. No questions asked! I told them that we’re having an extremely wet summer here and my daughter had just started back to school. I wanted her to be able to stay dry and not get sick. This crazy Covid virus has me worried about her. They checked To see how to get it to me as quickly as possible. And decided to order it from desertcart to get it to me in two days. If they shipped it themselves it would take a week to get it here. I have never had such great costumer service anywhere before. They went way above and beyond what anybody else would do. Their umbrella offers everything I want in an umbrella. It’s big (almost the size of a golf umbrella), it collapses to make it small enough to fit in my daughters book bag, it’s a push button open/close and it’s a reversible umbrella so she won’t get wet when she closes it plus getting in the car is a breeze all while the water stays out!’ This is the best company!!! I wish all companies would back their product like this one does!! If you need an umbrella you would be crazy to shop anywhere else!

I ordered 3 Lanbrella umbrellas in December 2022. As it seldom rains in Los Angeles, we have used only a few times per year. However, when it started to rain this year, my son tried the umbrella, but the open-close button got stuck and he could not open the umbrella anymore. I contacted Lanbrella. They asked me to email the original Amazon invoice and sent a video of the defective umbrella. Eventually the Lanbrella staff was able to send me a replacement umbrella quickly. The new umbrella works great. I like its style and vibrant colors. The umbrella is light weight and compact. I highly recommend Lanbrella umbrellas.
