It mixes up well in a glass of water (300 ml) using a spoon.The texture is not as smooth as a whey protein powder but that's because it has good amount of fiber too. But believe me that doesn't feel like a problem after 2-3 days of usage.The taste is good and NON-sweet. Which is great as it doesn't consist sugar at all.I really like this product in chocolate flavour.It doesn't leave any fragrance in the shaker unlike most of thr whey protein Powders do.I don't recommend its Cafe Mocha flavour.
