However, when I mounted them on MAYQMAY Height Adjustable floor stands (got these also here at desertcart), I finally got the desired ATMOS 3D sound. I experimented with them pointed on the seating position too but settled on them pointed up towards my slanted ceiling. The stands are behind and slightly to the side of the TV for the front pair. The rear pair are on a bookshelf also close to the ceiling. These speakers are surprisingly heavy for their size and come with wall mounting brackets and rubber spacers. Highly recommended! In my room, these speakers play below 50hz (although there is a lot of ringing below 200hz). I found the best crossover setting on the back of the subwoofer was at the minimum setting (50hz) and appropriate volume for the room (8-9 o'clock position for my room). Anything higher than that and I'm getting large peaks at the crossover point.
