Brand new, but they appear to be well-made and the fabric feels good, not flimsy. They required ironing out of the box, and they ironed easily on a low setting. I think I will like these a lot. I don’t know about wrinkle-resistance yet. POSTSCRIPT. The cuffs seem oversized. PPS. I have worn this shirt for a while and like the fit, feel, and appearance, but the cuffs are really too big.
