    Amazing

*by S***A on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 March 2020*

I've been low carb for close on 15 years. I've tried all the new products, recipes etc. I bought this after reading reviews for a similar product but didn't set my hopes to high. When it arrived i shoved it in the cupboard, it looked so unappetizing i didn't even want to give it a go.I was hungry today and figured I'd give it a go as i had nothing else in. I read all tge reviews and a lot of people recommended cooking it for much longer than the suggested 3 - 5 mins. I boiled mine for a good ten minutes. Nothing in the cupboards so i melted butter, salt, chillies and crushed garlic to it. I friggin loved it! Great texture, great flavour, nice and starchy, absolutely perfect. So happy I've found it and I'm having it again for dinner tonight with a nicer recipe.

Just 'OK' if you miss pasta....

If you're on a low carb high protein diet, you might miss pasta. These fit your macros, but the texture is pretty off. Part of the enjoyment of real pasta is the mouth feel. These are not a mouth feel I enjoy. I still eat them occasionally, though, b/c I make amazing homemade sauces and b/c they cook up super quickly. I always end up enjoying the sauce and being a little bit sad about the vehicle....I try and eat when super hungry and rushed: hunger is the best spice, after all....
