The dress is one of those lace ones and whilst the skirt and front of the dress are lined the back isn't. So I needed a bra with a clear strap across my back and clear shoulder straps. This bra did the job perfectly.So, LOOK at the picture - its accurate. The shoulder straps are not in the conventional place, the bra would show if they were. The straps are NOT uncomfortable, just a little unusual. Within 30 mins of putting it on I had forgotten it was not my normal bra.As for fit, I am fairly flat chested and it was ok - the straps, shoulder and the one across the back CAN be adjusted. The shoulder straps can be removed if you wish although it fitted me better with them on so I put them back on. They are silicon (see through plastic but soft and not noticeably sweaty). To fasten the strap across the back I needed to put it on back to front and then do the hook which goes in the side seam. Its easy to do but you may need to retrain your partner if they are going to undo it for you, especially after a few drinks!I don't think this bra will work for anybody over a C cup, if like me you are an A then there is no reason why you can't add a bit of padding.I wore it all day, from just before lunch until bedtime and it felt fine.I have washed it, in the machine and it hasn't come to any harm.Will I wear it again? If I have a dress that needs it or I fall behind with my laundry, then definitely yes. Would I recommend it?
