I wake up with less knee pain that I had before using it. Also, it reminds me not to sleep on my side, which causes a lot of pain. Pros: firm and supportive, but still comfortable. Cons: did shrink a bit even though I washed by hand in cold water and let it air dry. (It dried fast.) I could still get the pillow back into the cover. The fabric is nice and stays cool (others claimed they did, but made me sweaty). Easy, quilted, zip off cover remains in place even though I change positions a million times per night.
