Product Description          Produced in the UK using 100% Farm Assured Pork. Reared by Farmers we know and trust with animal welfare our highest priority.             Ingredients          PORK

                     Directions          Oven cook, 220˚C Electric/200˚C Fan/Gas 7 – 2 Hours 10 minutes. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Rub Rind dry. Cover with 2 tsp. of salt, working into the cuts. Leave at room temperature for 30 minutes. Rub salt off the joint. Pat dry. Cover the rind with 1/2 tsp. salt. Place in oven. After 30 Minutes reduce heat to 160˚C Electric/140˚C Fan/Gas 3 for the remaining of the cooking time.
