I went online to their website and thought it was highway robbery. Then I went to a local battery place that also sells lightbulbs and that was definitely highway robbery. Then it dawned on me that I could go to Amazon. Well, it's been in the box for a few months now and doesn't seem to be having any issues. We haven't lost power for long periods of time and this seems to be holding up well. I test it from time to time to make sure it's not a bad one and it hasn't let me down yet. While it is too soon to say how well it will hold a charge over the coming months or years, it is working fine now. This battery was much cheaper than the local battery store, and a new battery was a whole lot less than a new UPS. Shipping was fast and the battery was an exact fit. The date code on the battery was only a month back, so this is good. Rechargeable batteries are best stored in a charged condition, so you wouldn't want a battery that may have been sitting on a shelf for a while. The battery arrived in a relatively thin bubble-wrap package (I was expecting a box because of the weight), but it was fine just the same.
