                     Directions          Oven cook, 190˚C Electric/170˚C Fan/Gas 5 – 1 hr 25-1 hr 30. Preheat oven, remove all packaging. Place ribs on a baking tray and add 100ml water. Cover tightly with foil, place in the middle of oven. After 70 minutes remove foil and cook for a further 15-20 minutes. Season with dry rub for an hour or several days, then slow cook these in the oven over a tray of water for 2 hours.  Remove water, coat with bbq sauce, and grill until bubbly and charred.  Huge hit.  Almost no effort.
