**Q: Is this product made in the USA?**
A: No,  it is made in China

**Q: Will regular Scotch double-sided tape work to firmly adhere these to the bottoms of drawers, or do they need something stronger?**
A: I don't put anything to adhere - it's fine. I guess if you wanted to tape down then double sided tape would be fine. Not sure why you would need to, though.
