Upon receiving I was very surprised by the high-quality design and overall look!The only negative thing was that the straps are a bit shorter than I’d anticipated. It would have been nice to have them be adjustable for taller women who want to wear it more as a crossbody. The inside pockets are a nice touch although they can’t fit much, I prefer just using the main space in the bag. If you want a simple & cute rattan bag quit searching and get this one!
