Modern touch controls set this hood apart from other canopy hoods, giving the extractor a modern look and feel to match the sleek black glass finish. This also makes it easier to wipe clean. - The touch controls operate modern, efficient LED lights that bathe your kitchen in bright light, helping you to see exactly what you are cooking 24/7. You also get 3 speeds and a timer function that switches the hood off automatically after 9 minutes, great if you are popping out after breakfast and don't want to leave the hood on all day. - The noise level of 62dB is amongst the quietest hoods in the Cookology range and the 350m3/hour extraction rate is ideal for small to medium sized kitchens. - You need a 50cm by 27.5cm cut-out in the cupboard above your hob and you can either attach a ducting kit (such as the DK1M150 150mm ducting kit not included) to vent the air outside, or if this is not possible you can use CF115 carbon filters (not included) to help remove smells before recirculating the air back into your kitchen. - Lastly, the grease filter is washable, so once you can see grease and grime has collected in the mesh, you simply pop it off and soak the filter or pop it in the dishwasher (can discolour the filter) so you can maintain a strong extraction rate. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07H8M371L | | Air Flow Capacity | 350 Cubic Metres Per Hour | | Amperage | 0.54 Amps | | Best Sellers Rank | 1,210 in Large Appliances ( See Top 100 in Large Appliances ) 15 in Integrated Vent Hoods | | Brand | Cookology | | Colour | Black | | Control Method | Touch | | Controls Type | Touch | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 4.4 out of 5 stars (172) | | EU Spare Part Availability Duration | 5 Years | | Filter Type | Reusable Grease Filter | | Finish Type | Painted | | IncludedComponents | 13amp UK plug, 2 LED lights, 1 washable aluminium grease filter, Touch control operation system | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 30.7H centimetres | | Item Form | Pyramid | | Light Source | LED | | Manufacturer | Cookology | | ManufacturerPartNumber | BUGL520BK | | MaterialType | Glass | | Mounting Type | Hood Mount | | NoiseLevel | 65 Decibels | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Speeds | 3 | | SpecialFeatures | Touch Control | | SpecificationsMet | energy | | Unit Count | 1.0 count | | Vent Hood Design | Wall Mounted Canopy Hood | | Ventilation Type | Ducted | | Wattage | 130 watts | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Cookology - **Colour:** Black - **Finish type:** Painted - **Product dimensions:** 30.7H centimetres - **Special feature:** Touch Control ## Images ![Cookology BUGL520BK/A+ Energy A+ Rated Black Glass 52cm Integrated Canopy Cooker Hood - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31nZduXBUZL.jpg) ![Cookology BUGL520BK/A+ Energy A+ Rated Black Glass 52cm Integrated Canopy Cooker Hood - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41YbmoJPqGL.jpg) ![Cookology BUGL520BK/A+ Energy A+ Rated Black Glass 52cm Integrated Canopy Cooker Hood - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41FOKhJ3esL.jpg) ![Cookology BUGL520BK/A+ Energy A+ Rated Black Glass 52cm Integrated Canopy Cooker Hood - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31wXMStNdhL.jpg) ![Cookology BUGL520BK/A+ Energy A+ Rated Black Glass 52cm Integrated Canopy Cooker Hood - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41wrIbY7nbL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: How do you change the led bulbs. Also I am looking for it te recirclate, are the filters easy to change?** A: Access to the led lights and filter you remove the inner rectangle panel its just clipped inplace. The recirulating is possible by how you use the ducting system you use. **Q: Are the led's replaceable? what colour is the light (warm white or cool white)?** A: Led units are but not the less. Colour is cool White **Q: Can this be converted so that the vent hose can go through the side rather than top of unit as have no space above** A: Yes, I have already did as you would have to cut hole at the back and put new pieces of metal to cover the hole at the top. Also move the fan from top to back, see video. **Q: Hi we have purchased this extractor but struggling to fit due to the screw heads being on wrong side?** A: i didn't have any problems at all. maybe try a screwdriver which match the screw heads. ## Frequently Bought Together - Cookology BUGL900BK/A+ Energy A+ Rated Built-in Black Glass 90cm Integrated Canopy Cooker Hood - Cookology CCF115 Pack Of 2 Carbon Charcoal Recirculating Filters, Replacement for Cookology Cooker Hoods and Extractor Fan Vents, Fits A Range Of Models --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/83464410-cookology-bugl520bk-a-energy-a-rated-black-glass-52cm-integrated](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/83464410-cookology-bugl520bk-a-energy-a-rated-black-glass-52cm-integrated) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-30*
