Pleco and goldfish?** A: The package states that it's recomended for aquarium fish and koi. I do know that my turtle just loves them. They float and she nibbles on it until it's gone. Hope this helps. **Q: do these actually float? because i bought a bag from the pet store and they sank.** A: Mine float and the turtle has a blast chasing it UNTIL my painted turtle gets one bite in and then it sinks and she ignores it. I have a very deep 75 gallon tank. So I have to hand feed it to her in pieces or it will make a big mess. Therefore I can only give her these on the weekend, its not a drop it and forget it treat. But she absolutely loves them. **Q: Why are the shrimp chasers so much more expensive? do res like shrimp?** A: Our 3 outdoor Red Sliders LOVE Chasers. They swim to us like motorboats - leaving wakes. Ingredients - shrimp. Amazon offers a 20 oz. package saving money. **Q: Do these cloud the water?** A: I feed 3 Red Ear Sliders, they eat them fairly quickly, I have never seen them cloud the water. The Turtle Chasers are hard so I soak them in water for about a minute before I feed them, it makes them easier to bite into. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Turtles love these *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 17 October 2021* These are a bit expensive but the turtle loves them ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Yummy but messy *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 11 April 2021* My terrapins loved these but makes the tank dirty so time these treats before a clean ### ⭐ Awful stuff *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 14 April 2021* Not worth it, it made such a total mess of the tank, I ended up binning the packet. ## Frequently Bought Together - Zilla Turtle Chasers Floating Treats, Made with Real Shrimp, Resealable Bag - Fluker's Buffet Blend Aquatic Formula, Turtle Food with Freeze, Dried Shrimp, Mealworms, and Vitamin Enriched Pellets, 7.5 oz - Exo Terra Moss Ball, Water Clarity and Odor Control for Aqua-Terrariums, PT2478, Green --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/83464584-zilla-turtle-chasers-shrimp-2-ounces](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/83464584-zilla-turtle-chasers-shrimp-2-ounces) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
