I will say that if you are used to using specialized zucchini, then this stuff is way better. I made both Spaghetti and Lasagna using Rao's marinara sauce and I'd say the taste is quite good, but ultimately its still off compared to the real thing. On the other hand, I threw this into beef stroganoff and it was absolutely delicious. Both my husband and I were both pleasantly surprised by how good it is. We did get an occasional bite that had a vegetable taste and texture to it, but I think if we cooked it a little longer that would take care of that. A few nights later we made lasagna. These noodles are a bit thicker and have more of a vegetable taste. But we've been keto for awhile and have tried zuchinni and cabbage as a noodle substitute and are used to the vegetable flavor. Natural Heaven lasagna noodles are by far better than any of the other substitutes we've tried.
