My last resistance bands broke on me because they couldn’t take my resistance. I don’t think these will ever snap because of their thickness. These bands are strong and durable. I love the bag so I can carry them anywhere and everywhere easily but also store them neatly. They are versatile! I have one that perfectly helps me do a pull-up now but have one that is my goal to advance to hopefully soon.
