Anytime a company is willing to reach out to a customer when they arent completely satisfied, they gain my trust.To reiterate, the product was great, just not the best option to hold my phone vertically. If you like your phone held horizontal while driving than this is for you. Vertical phone lovers, not the best. My only issue would be that the phone tends to wobble back and forth with bumps in the road quite a bit (pixel 3xl). So I feel it could be a little heavier and a bit taller to help with this and general stability.
