This is more expensive but worth it. It has a more rounded flavour so five stars from me ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 20 June 2026* There are two options available on Amazon and one is a few quid more expensive. I've bought both and I fancy the UK duty paid (cheaper) one is a tad more spicy than the more costly one which is a little more fruity. This seems to be reflected in the product details description but there is no obvious difference in the labelling. Both are good but the pricier one is better to my mind. Both have the lovely strong aniseed flavour and I prefer them to Pernod. They're also a better colour when mixed with water. Ricard is a lovely milky-beige whilst Pernod has a slightly synthetic green tinge to it.
