I used it to treat Plantar Fasciitis, one strip one the bottom of the foot. Start at the ball of the foot stretch your foot and tape as far as you can. Sticking the tape down the center of the foot and back of the heel as far as you can. Pain started diminishing in two days. You can shower with it on will stay on for a couple of days.

My daughter is captain of her Varsity Cheer Squad this year and uses this tape for every part of her body. They do so many flips and jumps and lifts, they need this stuff all the time. The tape helps to give her added support for her muscles so she is free to worry about other things during their workouts, routines, and game-days.

I am using KT tape to treat some pain in my foot. This KT tape is a bit thinner and hence weaker than the tape that my podiatrist put on my foot. The stickiness and stretchiness is good, it stayed on my skin for the whole day easily. It is good for what you pay for but a bit thin.
