It has now been two weeks since we put it up and the product has fallen apart. The glossy sticker has come off completely from the part that twirls in the wind. Only one has been affected so far. The sticker has now come off another of the spirals within 10 minutes of when I first made this post. Every single spiral has now come apart. This is a great product to keep hawks away from your chickens, which is what we use it for.Will the company stand behind their product and send a replacement. I don't know. I will contact them and let everyone know if they are honest and care about their customers. Take a look at both of the items. The shiny part has come off completely. Today is Dec. 18th, 2018 and the company hasn't gotten back to me. Do NOT buy this product. It WILL fall apart. The birds like to sit on the wires and poop. I hung the spirals where they like to perch, and they just pooped on the spirals. Once I hung these birds scarers the problem was solved. I have tried a similar product but these seem to work much better possibly because of the type of hanging string which allows them to twirl more freely.
