However, I was still getting backaches from work and did not realize that it was from my chair seat until I purchased this seat cushion when I saw it as a lightning deal for Amazon Prime. I figured I would give it a try since my coworkers advised that getting a seat cushion helped them feel more comfortable at work. I wasn't expecting much for me, but I tried it and I was very surprised that it is helping with my back issues. The only thing I don't really like about the cushion is if you do not sit on it "perfectly" then you kind of feel like you are "falling off" the chair or leaning over to the side awkwardly.
