The fabric is nowhere stain resistant. 1 of the stools is not level. We purchased 4 of them and I was going to purchase 2 more but after 2 months I had already figured out they just were not going to last. I loved the way they swivel back to straight so they don't all face a different way when the kids get up from their seats.
