The stitching is impeccable on my copy. The only problem is the deployant clasp. It doesn't clamp the strap tight enough and comes loose quite easily. In the past, with a regular buckle-type clasp, the holes in the leather wore out over time and the watchband became loose and had to be replaced. With the deployment band the band is as good as new after two months daily usage. The leather starts out a little stiff, but before long it took on the shape of my wrist and is very comfortable.
