Top Mobility has said twice to send parts an yet never recieved. Now in process of seeing what to do about returning this product. Very easy to load and unload from a van. The major negative is the unit is unstable while executing a turn at faster than normal speeds. It has a tendency to flip over when executing a really tight turn at a fast speed which takes you by surprise the first couple of times it happens.
